At Montana Smokes LLC, we stand behind the quality of our premium hemp pre-rolls, apparel, and accessories. Due to the nature of our products—particularly hemp-derived consumables—we maintain a strict no-refund policy on most items. Please review the details below carefully before purchasing.
No Refunds or Returns on Hemp Consumables All hemp pre-rolls, flower, and other consumable hemp products are sold final sale with no refunds, exchanges, returns, or credits under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:
Opened or used products
Unopened products (once shipped, these are considered final due to regulatory and hygiene considerations)
Dissatisfaction with effects (hemp products affect individuals differently and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease)
Change of mind
These products are regulated under the 2018 Farm Bill and North Carolina law, and for health, safety, and compliance reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on hemp consumables. All sales of these items are final.
Exception: Apparel (Shirts, Hats, etc.) For our apparel items (including shirts, hats, and similar non-consumable merchandise), we offer a 30-day return window for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items only.
You may return eligible apparel for an exchange (subject to availability) or store credit (no cash refunds).
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Items must be returned in original packaging with tags attached.
To initiate a return for apparel:
Contact us within 30 days of receipt at MontanaSmokesLLC@Gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item(s).
We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange or issue store credit (typically within 7–10 business days).
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item (e.g., wrong size shirt or obviously damaged pre-roll packaging upon delivery), contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receipt) with photos. We may offer a replacement (where available) or store credit at our discretion. This does not apply to normal wear-and-tear, misuse, or buyer’s remorse.
Order Cancellations We process orders quickly (often same-day for local Asheville delivery). Cancellations are only possible before shipment. Once an order ships, no cancellations or modifications are allowed.
